Celebrating new life and a new podcast episode

Hey Reader, I'm typing this with one hand while juggling my new baby boy, Noah, in the other. This is life as a mum and business owner. I know you can relate to the juggle! He's an absolute dreamboat (so far) who sleeps and eats like a champion. I had a very fast delivery which means I wasn't exhausted afterwards and have bounced back in true form to enjoy many smooshy cuddles with him. Hey Reader We've had a stream of public holidays here in Australia over the past few weeks. We've made the most of them by getting together with family and friends...one's we haven't seen in months thanks to COVID!
